Company History

Assco (Humber) Limited was formed in 1976 to represent the then Soviet Ministry of Merchant Marine in the Humber Ports. Following the break up of the Soviet Union the company diversified into an independent agency based in Hull.

Many of our staff have been with the company since its inauguration in 1976 and are able to offer clear advise and options for shipments into Russia.

Assco (Humber) Limited has represented FESCO/ESF formerly ESF Euroservices since its inception in 1995 offering a weekly container service from Hull to St Petersburg and vice-versa.

We have acted as booking agents for Rix Baltic Lines since the start of their service in 1998 and have participated in the growth of their line from 2 sailings per month to the present level of 8 sailings per month.

In 2007 Assco (Humber) Limited were granted ISO 2001 accreditation.
